Rain and lack thereof

Way O T .But of possible interest to many.I live in Central Texas 70 miles west of Austin.Last year we were without rain from the end of August until mid March. If anyone refers to the weather map on the Weather Channel as I do, they may notice that the dark green area denoting moisture, the heaviest moisture zone almost invariably tapers off immediately West of Austin. From that point West the color fades to light tan for the rest of the state. We have in recent years become more and more arid.Since 2002 my crops have failed in unison with the dry weather. As of today there has only been one shower at my place in the past month which did not even register in the rain gauge. Now who besides me bothers to look up to examine the heavens? If you do ,at least in my area you will note that there are lots of airplanes spewing something into the upper atmosphere. These planes leave contrails very UNLIKE those left by commercial airliners. These contrails do not disappear with time as normal, but spread out into very broad bands that remain in the sky very high up for many many hours and stretch as far as one can see from horizon to horizon. We have had rain in the forecast for day after tomorrow. This morning dawned bright and clear.I was on the lookout for the planes and sure enough they appeared around nine o"clock and covered the sky the entire day in all directions usually three abreast and were still at it at sundown. The sky was left with these broad manmade clouds in all directions.I believeI can safely predict that there will be no rain. Now who is financing this operation?I had work to do so could not count the number of flights but estimate that there were no less than at least thirty and more. What are these plane spreading ,by whom and for what purpose. What is government doing and why? Is this the reason we have no rain and why round bales of hay cost $120 in Texas.I have watched this operation all summer but have never seen so many flights as today. For a while I had thought some of this was tied to weather prediction, now I am quite certain that there is something ominous going on.If others have seen this going on I will be very interested to read your replys.

Today's Featured Article - The Day Mom Drove the 8N - by Brian Browning. My Dad was wanting to put in a garden but couldn't operate the 8N and handle the old horse drawn plow he had found and rigged up to use with the tractor. Well, he decided to go get Mom out of the house and have her drive the tractor while he walked behind the plow. You got to understand that while my Mom is a hard worker who will always help whenever she can... she had never operated farm machinery before that day. Dad got her out there, explained how the clutch was the same as in our o ... [Read Article]
