I'm in central NY too. Saratoga county. If I were you, I'd draw up a wish list of things you would like to be "able" to do. If you want to plow, will you be OK with a 1 bot. 12" or do you want to pull a 12' chisel? Take some time and REALLY think. This can save you thousands and a lt of frustration. My guess would be around a 1950's tractor. Easy to fix, hard to break. Different makes have different features back then. Want to pull heavy...don't get an 8N. Want to do alot of 3 pt. work...8N is near the top of the list. Do you NEED live PTO? I bale, haybine, and even combine without it. When you have a fairly specific list of uses post them and the guys here will get you in the right direction quick. ( don't think anyone could ever go wrong having a MF 135 around). Mike
