Never worked with my dad. I did work for a man 18 years my senior from 1989 to 2001. Started as "part time" turned out to be permanent part time. In all those years he never raised his voice to me and never uttered a cuss word. Treated me as good as his own son. Taught me more about farming in those years than I had learned on my own in 40. Could never say enough good things about him and many a day wish I was in a position that I could go back and help like I used to.
