I would not put oil bearing fluid into the tires. The tube is usually made from rubber that is only moderately oil resistant. If in continuous contact, it will deteriorate the rubber and cause failure. Straining the hydrocarbons out of the coolant is possible. Let it stand and absorb as much as possible with paper towels from the surface. Use a coffee filter to strain the remaining material slowly. Please use the additive that makes it yuckie to animals.
