NYS cost share for ROPS

Some how that post got 90% lost.
I read in sunday's paper the NY will cost share
retrofiting tractors with ROPS at 70%. I mentioned to
Mrs. that I wanted to look into it. Her response
surprised me.
Her, " you need that why"?
Me, "Uh... so I don't get killed in a roll over"?
Her, "You shouldn't be driving where you could roll
over".
Do you think I am over insured?
