Are you suggesting you do not run to the E.R. when you get a stone? Amazing. Doesn't the pain last for an hour? Close to that? Obviously, the duration of passing varies, but still.... You must have been a marine.
I did have friend one time board a plane to Japan, in S.Fran., just as the the stone started kickin' him. "The pain is morally purgative; kathartic. It's good to suffer."
Maybe, but I'd rather get hit by a train. Lots of respectable people been hit by trains. mono
