Well, yea, I"ve seen that kind of behaviour. Right behind me a jerk of a cop on opening day after not getting anything at sunrise commenced to shooting hundreds of rounds of ammo all over the farm while walking around. Pretty well ruined hunting for everyone in the region for a while. Of course, since he was a cop neither the police nor DNR would respond.
