Have you installed a new pump? These pumps are noted for giving up at times.IF you have power and ground at the pump and it doesn't run -bad pump. The commuter grounds the fuel pump relay at key on if no cranking signal it turns off after may be 2 seconds, You can turn the key on and off three times with no spark and then the relay won't try to run pump. The tank needs the rubber hammer while cranking. If you are not getting power to the pump run a jumper wire to coil + and I think you will run pump direct, check and see. One problem can be a bad wire connection (4 way by the rubber flap where the wires go thru the frame. This is from memory long time since I 've worked on one.I can give you the wire colors if you aren't sure which wire does what. The relay can be jumpered if you know the pin outs. Sorry no egr, circuit breaker or solenoid will cause pump not to run. e-mail if you need help that I need to look up. david
