I've got to admit that the "one and only" experience I've had with my local IH dealer, involved calling to see if they had a carburator kit for a Farmall M. They quoted me a price of $37.00 over the phone, so I sent my wife to get it. When she returned home, she was madder'n a wet hen, she said there were 4 men sitting behind the counter (talking) when she got there, and none of them would even acknowledge she was there until she said she had come to pick up a caburator kit. When she went to pay for the kit, the price jumped to $57.00,.... she said her husband was quoted a price of $37.00 over the phone,.... and they said, they had quoted me the price of the wrong kit over the phone. She went ahead and paid the $57.00 because it is a 36 mile round-trip to town, and figured I really wanted it anyway. I don't know how someone using such "business practices" stays in business, they'll certainly get no more of mine. In fact, I'd rather travel 150 miles to buy what I need from a different dealer, and who'll give me the "impression" that they appreciate my business. RoninKS

Flax provided the fibre which w
