Well I guess it matters if your looking for big stuff or small stuff. Big stuff scams but not really little stuff.
For instance, I sell on eBay 100% truthful, 100% positive feedback. Just sold a ladder rack for a truck for $152.50 to a person in NJ, around 15 minutes away.
I do agree that ALOT of people try to scam on eBay though.
