Your geothermal installation caught my attention. I'm
considering a water to water closed loop system and will have a
quote this week. Contractor says I need 3 vertical wells dug, 10'
apart and 285 ' deep. He's a Water Furnace dealer/installer doing
commercial and residental jobs.
He said to sit down and have a big glass of wine handy when
opening up the estimate.
Question: Are you really 100% satisfied with yours ? Is is
adequate in temperature extremes ?
What kind of ground system do you have ? I can't see any down
side except for the huge upfront cost. I predict oil will double in
4 years and want to take some evasive action. Thanks for your
thoughts.
