Ifn it's a new Evo 88, with a 7 year warranty like ours, take it back and tell Mr. Davidson that his motorcycle's broke and you need it fixed. Works well. Now, if it's an old Shovel like my old Thumper was, it's not leaking oil, it's just marking it's territory. Harley
