The pump will operate at 540 rpm to 600 rpm.I think the 540 Rpm when the tractor engine is running at 1200 rpm.You make a very good point,I had never considered that.The pump said never exceed 600 RPM's.I may have to use a lot of quick disconnects and remove pump on some equip not requiring hydraulics.The PTO pump was 400.00 vs.$1500. at John Deere to put the remotes on my tractor.Thanks for the help...Garry
