Orphan tractor pictures

I have previously posted these photos on the Orphans Board, and have gotten some responses.

I thought I'd take the liberty of posting this here, too, hoping someone who frequents this board will recognize it. The seat, steering wheel and controls have been "farmerized" because the tractor was operated in reverse, with a rear-mounted loader.

I found the serial # on the Co-op today:

D-3-183

Can anyone interpret his?
