The Co-op tractors from late 40's on were Cockshutts, made in Canada, re-labled and painted orange for sale in the US through Farmer's Union, I think. The one in the picture is before that time- They weren't built by either Cockshutt or Oliver- they were an "assembled" tractor- the previous poster is right about the Chrysler engine, and I think the transmission was Chrysler as well. I'll try to remember to look it up, but someone may come on and fill in that information.
