Make sure you have a good clean ground first. Also are you using heavy enough cables. I use 1/0 0r 2/0 on all my 6 volts and alot of my 12v as well makes a big differnce. Those are uasally the culprits if not it may be the starter or even the switch not making good contact.Hope this helps I am sure plenty of others will add as well.Stay Safe....Jim
