OT mustangs, any good?

ok guys.. this has nothing to do with tractors at all, but I thought I would ask anyhow.. my dad is looking to get a new/newer car, and is really thinking about getting a mustang.. nothing over $15,000.. from a 95'-01'.. or whenever they went to the new style.. but is there anything wrong with these cars? anything to look at real close? anything at all that you can tell me would be great, so I can pass it on to him.. he is replacing a 94' nissan Altima.
