The blue tractor with the red loader on it is my own. I took that photo just after I had finished installing the loader on it. I've since painted it blue.
Ford made two one armed loaders - same frame and brackets - one had the trip bucket, the other - like mine had the hydraulic dump.
They are light to medium duty rigs - 1000 lbs lift.
Their advantage is that you can put them on or off in about 10 minutes.
Disadvantages are no down pressure, and you really need to ballast the right side.
I've used mine pretty hard for 3 years now and had no problems with it.

Product Review: Lead Substitutes - by Mike Schordine. Lead was oriinally added to gasoline as an upper cylinder lubricant. It lubes the valves and seats. If you rebuild the motor, you could use hardened seats and valves, and unleaded fuel. But if your old tractor runs good, a simple lead substitute added to the gas is a perfectly reasonable solution.
