O.T. Steering wheel pull

Sorry for the topic but you guys always h ave hte answers. I have a 98 Honda accord. It was alligned agout 3 months ago because of tire wear. It doesn't wear anymore but has a very noticable pull to the right. At 1st I attributed it to the road crown but after driving on the left on the interstate I can now tell it is not that. Is there anything else other than allignment that can cause it to pull???? Thanks to all you experts out there.
