Allan , I thought you bought a set of cows back when the grass greened up . I`ve been tending cows for pushing 30 yrs and about Feb. every yr. I get to hating cows . Every yr. I say I`m gona sell`em and run weaners on grass and sell`em in the fall , sell the hay and keep my boots dry all winter . But then the calves start dropin and the grass starts to green up and everything is ok again . I`ve put a few bale out and I enjoy getting a good look at them but talk to me in Feb. , it will be a differant story .
