Hi Rich, I did a TT with a VW Rabbit behind that on a tow bar for 1250 miles. It wasn"t fun as the load first reacted bad at 25mph then again at 45mph. I strongly urge you to work up your road speed in 5mph incriments until the load proves it"s self. At 50mph I had to chase the car as the sway was terrible. There was no tongue weight since it was a tow bar! I really think the VW narrow track width VS the TT wide width was the cause of the sway induced by the road crown. The higher the road crown the slower I had to pull. About 40mph for 1200miles. I talked with a bunch of guys fishing that were pulling 22ft boats behind there 5th wheel at 60mph without any problems. Most had the same axle width on the boat trailer as the 5"er had. T_Bone
