Do you have an idea what it would cost to have the pump looked at? That retired mechanic told me $800-900 to fix the hydraulic governor, if that's what's wrong. Frankly, those figures scare me, and money is very, very tight where the tractor resides. I think getting the pump off and gone over is the best option as of yet though.
