I'd call it uncommon but not rare. Its factory built by Allis and is just a WC tractor that they cut the frame on and extended it and also put a wide front on it. Then they add the hand wheels and blade set up. I've seen a few around over the years but not very many. Years ago I even saw one on the local new as it was being shown at the fair in the town.
