VMP Naptha solvent

A question here about what is called in the industry VM&P Naptha solvent for paint. What exactly is this stuff? Is it the same as regular naptha like the camp fuel stuff? Or maybe similar to lacquer thinner? Can you use the campers naptha or lacquer thinner as a solvent for regular acrylic enamel enamels? I find that you cannot buy the VM&P Naptha in small containers.
