I asked this first over on the Ford Board, but no one seems to have any ideas. Thought I'd try a wider panel. I've got a Ford 3500D TLB, manual transmission, two forward, two reverse and Hi-Lo Range. Sometimes when I get to the end of a hard push with the front end loader it's hard to get the shifter to pull the transmission out of gear, as if the gears are in a bind. Usually if I lift the loader and move forward a little and roll back it takes the strain off. If I force it out without moving first the machine will roll a little as if the gears had been holding it back. This has been going on for a good while, and I'm not sure that it's not gradually happening more often. Any ideas? Thanks, Wm
