On mine i did the pump as far as i could got BEFORE spending any money and vary well pleased with the results. I have talked with Bruce Mulison from the old Diesel Injection which is now the NEW Pittsburg power and since i sorta know diesel it was and easy job once ya got the tamper proof screw out and removed the tamper proof cap over the high ideal screw . BTW mine is a 95 3500 4X4. Now if i was to spend some bucks i can add the 230 Hp. injectors and change the turbo around a bit and get a bunch more and never have to go to the socalled experts with there high priced stuff . Bruce has been hoppen up Cummins for many years ans is widely knowen thru the big truck comunity as the HOT ROD shop for cummins and i have delt with Bruce on my Big truck and let me tell ya that she took a back seat to NO ONE No KTA 600 could sniff her tail and NO 3408 KITTY ever came close and the DETROITS weren't enven in the running and all she was was a littel old 350 small cam before we started tweeken her and i pulled a coal bucket and never ever had a legal load on her back most times i was netting what most were grossen .
