As to the horse issue--I agree with you 100% on all counts. First, it's none of the government's business. Second, the boarding issue is a PIA to me. We've had Q horses for 37 years and still have 4. Because we have horses and plenty of pasture and barn space for them, yuppies automatically think that I should "become a boarding facility." Tried it once and didn't like the constant comings and goings and demands to "change this and change that."

Horses are like cars--easy to buy but expensive to keep.
