4020 vs 5020

Why does it seem that the 5020 cost about half the price as a 4020 does, and it's twice the tractor?
I can never figure this out, I can get a REALLY GOOD 5020 for half the price of a 4020. Is there something I am missing that the 4020 can do that a 5020 can't?
