around here any horse you want to sell is either low or given away. any horse you want to buy is somehow real high. Never figured it out but after seeing alot of foals and horses and how they are kept I think they should require licenses to buy breed or sell with a real high fee to keep some out of it. Heck you can get a regisered horsse for a lot less than a designer puppy.
