I have a Oliver Super 55 Diesel with a 1 wire alternator on it. The wire on the post goes to the starter. Im not sure what exactly what brand of alternator I have, but I hear you can have problems with them charging, for the rpms have gotta be higher to charge. I havent had any problems with mine charging.
