Well, it sounds like you were getting a great deal and the seller didn't know what he was doing and how to set up the auction. As far as some responses say this is a legal binding contract, not so. Where's the contract, where's your signature. Look else where. There are alot of good ebayers out there. I really pay close attention to the feedback and go with my gut. Good luck! Craig.
