EP is extreme pressure which specs a GL-5 gear lube. Sometimes a synthetic GL-4 can be found with an EP rating for use in a trans with copper alloy components.
As for auto trans fluid and wet clutch compatable hydraulic oil/gear drive train lube. Different wet clutch oils and trans fluids use varying amounts of "friction modifiers". The wrong oil will make some trans slip and other oil/trans will make the shifts abrupt.
