Take it to a muffler shop that also changes oil, they will have a welder, weld a sizeable nut on to the rounded plug, should come out. If welder starts van on fire tell mechanic to go to dinner then will not have to worry about changing oil anymore. Only do new oil pan if female threads are stripped due to $$ labor to install new pan. Speaking of females I have only 1 son he will be for sale when he turns 18?
