Can't help much on the oil pan, but I did grow up with 3 sisters and only one bathroom in the house. When I was in my teens, Mom mentioned that our old outhouse was kind of an eyesore, and could Dad and I take it down next weekend? Dad and I just looked at each other, and burst out laughing simultaneously. Dad asked whether she or the girls had ever wondered why they had never experienced any "I've got to get in there RIGHT NOW" demands for the bathroom. The old outhouse was still standing when I moved away from home.
