Austin-Western was bought out by Clark Equipment back in the seventies; you could get A-W parts from Clark into the eighties, at least. Clark was bought out by Ingersoll-Rand; I doubt I-R sells parts for these old graders anymore. There are enough old Austin-Western graders in boneyards that you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a complete transmission. eBay would probably be your best bet for manuals. There's an 88H manual up for sale right now. However the old A-W graders are simple enough you shouldn't really need a manual. Good luck. I had a lot of fun learning to operate my dad's 99H. It was a fine grader.
