Had the same experience with a used Taarup disc mower- I had the best lubricated skid shoe in the country, cause thats where the 90 wt. leaked every time I filled it. Then began taking it apart- a real nightmare- every nut on a Taarup is a lock nut, and stuff is pressed together all over the place. Finally just gave up and got another one.
