well they might also wonder why folk choose to live in the Midwest with all those deadly tornadoes... or in Canada where you can freeze to death and be eaten by bears (just kidding, I kid you!) or in the Sunbelt where you could bake to death by 9 am. It's all home to somebody, and family lives there, you build a life as best you can. Good luck to 'em all.
