He NEEDS that helmet in town even worse that out on the highway. You come off a bike out on the highway at 55 or more and you are going to need a lot more than a helmet. But in town,where most of the idiots roam,all you need to do is hit your head on someones car or curb at less than 20 mph without a helmet,and what could have been a few skined elboes is now a death or worse,a vegatative state.These people need to drain off a little testosterone.Even that idiot,Evil Kneivel,knew enough to wear a helmet.Guess he wasn't a REAL man was he??
