After plow and disk? No tiller? Did you make 2 or 3 passes with disk? 1st pass in direction of plow, second pass diagonal to plow, 3rd pass crossways? This would probably get your seed bed ready if somewhat sandy soil or previously worked- heavy clay may need more work. After disking that way your next tool is a spike tooth drag or C/S tine spring tooth. RN
