Yes it is very dangerous I have a friend that his 5 year old boy fell off the tractor and was killed, another friend his 5 year old fell off in the snow the big wheel ran over his head and did not hurt him. Now having said that I rode a million miles on the wide axle of a B Farmall, another million sitting backwards on the gas tank of a Super A, a milliom on the draw bar of an H and the twine box of 50T baler. Started pulling a drag when I was about 5 on a B raking hay, pulling a bundle wagon, when I was about 10. I was lucky, as soon as he was old as I was I started my son raking hay with a 460 pulling a left and right rake. YES It Is dangerous. So is driving or riding on I44 at 70 MPH.
