Turn him in to the Humane Society and let them handle it. If he finds out you have been over there, he will blame anything that happens to them on you, and since you tresspassed,you have no defense.Be persistant in calling them until you know they have been out there.If they don't come out, call the county Sheriff and THEY will call the Humane Society. Good Luck! People like him should be banned from having animals or kids if found guilty!!
