Hi,
I have a 1614 and they are bullet proof. The 16 denotes the rear wheel size and the 14 is the HP.
They also made a 12 and 18 HP and 24" rear wheel.
The unit in your pic appears to be a 1970's model, they have a Kohler motor and will out pull any cub. They are VERY popular in pulling circles I hear. Hydraulics and 3 pt. are a plus and it might have the double transmission. (BorgWarner). If the price is right, buy it!!
