Most every state has a law like that now. It is the only thing that keeps mom and pop stores in business. A big company like Pilot or Racetrac comes to town. Since they have stores in other towns and even other states they sell gas for cost. Will not be long before every mom and pop store would be out of business because they can not compete with only one store. As soon as the small stations are out of business the big guys can charge what they want because of no competition.
