Yep, all depends on what has in the truck to begin with. Ford isn�t the easiest vehicle to make engine family changes to. If the truck came originally with a 302 the 300 will go right in. If it came with a 351,390, 360, 400, 460 it will be some work as the cross members and motor mounts are in different places. The radiator required for the 300 also has the upper and lower necks for the hoses on opposite sides from the V-8�s as I remember. Greg
