if you come thru dubuque ia take rt 35 in east dubuque il ? unless this has been changed in 2 or 3 years this road is at end of bridge makes a hard right will go back under east end of bridge ramp go to wi 11 east to monroe wi take wi 69 south becomes il 26 to rt 20 to i 39 miss all the messing around on il 20 from miss river to freeport . locals call rt 20 killer highway for good reason can count on bunch of travlers gitting killed on that road every summer . locals use other roads if we can avoid rt 20
