I was working on top of a grain bin we were assembling about 25 years ago and I slipped and fell on my wrist right on top of one of those sharp metal ladder rungs on top of the bin. I cut my wrist and the tendons in it. I had to have it fixed at the hospital and it was quite a traumatic injury when it happened. Only problem I ever have is when he stitched my tendon he made it a little thicker than it used to be and it is uncomfortable to write with a pencil and paper. Other than that it is fine and I have no side effects that I ever notice. You will be fine and in time you wont even notice it anymore. Actually you will want to forget it! Good luck.
