I will commend you, on doing what it takes, to repay an obligation. It shows you have good character & morals... I wish several people that owe me, were as committed as you are, to repaying debts. Just something to think about, as far as being able to raise cash in a hurry the next time you need to. When I was in my teens, I was always adding to a stash of scrap metal, brass, copper & aluminum. I considered it my Emergency Fund. By keeping an eye out for scrap, it is amazing at what a pile you can accumulate over a few months. It sure came in handy, cahing it in, when I needed to get some cash... Hope things work out..
