Thanks for the input. Lack of a liquid withdrawal or wet line is likely the problem.

Next question is does anyone know where we can find a liquid or wet line? We called the propane company and they do not do anything like it.

Any other ideas for the exact procedure for filling liquid. Again, thanks.
