Just brought home a 1951 Allis-Chalmers model WD

Just brought home a AC Model WD, serial number is a high 77k. Looks like it spent much of the past 55 or so years in a shed, but it must have had 5 or 6 out-of-doors at some point. Rear tires are pretty good, one flat and one good up front, starts and runs good, looks like all parts are there except the seat back. I paid $700 and drove it home... Where should I start, what should be my first steps.
