Don't know who you are but I farm for a living and I agree with you 1000%. You have to have a life also. Guys you need to put your self in there shoes. If a call during business hours doesn't get your parts find another dealer. Been on both sides of the counter by working at a farmer welding service for 14 years. And when 5 or 6 came I was ready to go home and farm.But while at work I worked my but off to get the farmer going again. He's right someday there will be no dealers in the area if we don't support them. Just my thoughts. Gary
